Reverend Carl Shannon Scott
Carl “Shannon” Scott, a York native and third child of Lady Diane and Pastor Scott, accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at age thirteen. In 1993, Shannon accepted his first call to ministry as an ordained Elder, serving in church administration. God called him to Ordination as a Minister of the Gospel in 2006.
After high school Rev. Shannon served as an electronics technician and Sergeant in the United States Air Force, where he received numerous awards: Good conduct medal, Meritorious service medal and the John Levitow Award. Rev. Shannon graduated Magna Cum Laude from American Intercontinental University, earning a bachelor degree in business administration. He is currently employed at Metropolitan Edison as a Regional Supervisor of Substation Electricians. Rev. Shannon serves as The Bible Tabernacle Church’s Chief Administrator and Executive Chef/Leader of the Culinary Ministry.
Carl Shannon Scott has been married to his lovely wife, Patricia, for twenty-six years. They have two children, Jasmine Nicole and Carl “Sharron,” and a beautiful granddaughter, Kiera. Rev. Shannon enjoys cooking, watching movies, and learning. God has truly been good to the Scott family. God keeps doing great things every day. To God be the Glory for the wonderful things he has done.
